Cuerovaca is a restaurant built around one essential ingredient: beef, brought straight from the hacienda to the table. The name itself brings together two words—cuero (hide) and vaca (cow)—creating an identity that is direct, memorable and deliberately uncomplicated.
The visual language follows the same principle, drawing on the rawness and character of meat, fire and the traditional grill, expressed through a contemporary graphic approach.
